Essential Job Functions:
The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function through:

Employee benefit administration (Health, Life, 401k, STD, LTD, COBRA, FSA)

Develop and administer effective recruitment programs

Performance evaluation management

Propose, publish, communicate and administer personnel policies

Employee relations

Manager coaching

Oversee firm training and professional development

Conduct new employee orientation program

Firm payroll
-
Analyze current HR programs for effectiveness, statistical trends and whether aligned with firm culture

Responsible for firm compliance with Federal, State and local legislation
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum of two years related experience
Must possess working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and online recruiting tools
PHR or SPHR certification a plus
