Administrative Assistant

Administrative positions at BS&P are extremely important in delivering the firm's services and products.  Each possess responsibilities that enable the final stages of tax return and financial statement preparations for our clients.  Periodically special projects are needed that may involve proofing articles and organization of firm data.  
  

Essential Job Functions:
Assist with the daily administrative operations of the firm
Process financial statements and tax returns 
Heavy word processing using MS Word with moderate MS Excel spreadsheet work 
Phone duties

Requirements:
Must have excellent MS Word and Excel skills; PowerPoint and Access a plus;
Able to deliver friendly customer service with periodic deadlines
Excellent phone skills
Able to work some evenings and Saturdays during February, March and April
