Essential Job Functions:
  Assume full responsibility for engagements including preparing and monitoring of programs and time budgets that are tailored specifically to the 
   needs of each client. 
  Review and analyze client internal controls.
  Review all work performed by staff on the assigned engagement. 
  Supervise a number of engagements at one time. 
  Motivate and assist staff in their professional development. 
  Assist in practice development and management. 

Requirements:
  Must have at least two years experience in either public or private accounting.
  Bachelor degree or higher in accounting.
  CPA preferred.  If not certified, must work toward receiving CPA certification.
