We provide our clients with access to the BS&P Sharefile client portal for the convenience of sharing information with us electronically in a secure manner.

Our portal provides data encryption to secure your files, both when you are transmitting them and when they are stored on the portal. The portal also provides mobile access so you can access your files from anywhere.

Activating Your Account

Before accessing our online Portal, an account must be created for you. You will receive a “Welcome Email” once your account has been created.

  1. Click the link in your email to activate your account.
  2. Enter a secure password and continue to the following page to set your account preferences.
  3. Once your preferences have been set, you will be taken to your home page that will list all the folders you have access to. If you do not see any folders, please contact us.

  1. Browse to https://bspcpa.sharefile.com/
  2. Enter your email address associated with the account
  3. Enter your password, and click Sign In
    Note: If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot password? at the bottom of the page to create a new password.

 

How to upload a file to folders

1) To upload a file in your ShareFile account, navigate to your folder in Shared Folders and click Getting Started with ShareFile Client Portal (+ in blue circle) in the upper right corner of the page.

2) Click Upload

3) Select files to upload – either drag and drop or browse to file location – When you’ve placed all files you wish to upload in the box, click “Upload Files”. If successful, you’ll see a screen that says, “File(s) uploaded successfully.

How to download a file from a folder

1) In your ShareFile account, click on the file you wish to download, select Download. (Note: You can select and download multiple files at once by checking the boxes next to all the files you wish to download.)

2) The files will then download to your computer. If you’d like, you can open the file(s) and save to any local folder.
