Caroline M. Organ, SPHR

Caroline began her HR career at BS&P as Human Resources Manager and steadily advanced to Director before being named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2023. A trusted resource across the firm, she is known for her deep expertise and ability to provide thoughtful, well-informed guidance.

A highly accomplished HR professional, Caroline has received numerous awards and honors throughout her career, including being recognized as an outstanding alumna by both the University at Buffalo and Fredonia State University (her graduate and undergraduate alma maters) in 2024.

In addition to supporting BS&P’s internal team, Caroline works directly with clients, providing outsourced HR services that extend the firm’s value beyond traditional accounting. Her work includes talent management, employee handbook development, HR program audits, and employee training—services that consistently earn rave client feedback and allow BS&P to offer a truly differentiated, holistic approach to client support.

Approachable and people-centered, Caroline prides herself on making time for every team member and client, whether discussing career development goals, navigating organizational change, or addressing day-to-day HR needs. She firmly believes HR serves as a vital bridge between leadership and people, a role she embraces with care and purpose.

Outside of BS&P, Caroline enjoys giving back to the community, playing the piano, spending time with her husband and four children, and exploring her interest in interior design, recently completing a major home renovation.
