Katherine E. Giacobbe

Katherine brings more than two decades of marketing and business development experience to her role at BS&P, with a career built at the intersection of strategy, creativity and client experience. She leads the firm’s marketing initiatives with a focus on strengthening the BS&P brand, deepening client engagement and helping communicate the value of the firm’s people and expertise.

Prior to joining BS&P, Katherine spent much of her career in the consumer packaged goods industry, holding managerial marketing roles with companies including Fisher-Price and FIFCO USA. Working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments, she led initiatives spanning product development, brand launches, packaging, merchandising strategy, and P&L management. She also spent time with the Buffalo Bills organization, managing corporate partnerships and overseeing the execution of sponsorship programs and client engagement initiatives.

Before transitioning to her current role, Katherine worked in professional services marketing with a hospitality-focused agency serving clients in the food and beverage space. That experience helped shape the “hospitality mindset” she brings to her work today, approaching marketing as a way to create meaningful experiences and lasting relationships with clients and prospects.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys finding balance through time outdoors, Pilates, and meditation. She loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes, reading historical fiction, and listening to podcasts. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
