Ray’s career at BS&P is a story of dedication, leadership and steady impact. He joined the firm in 1992 as a staff accountant and has grown alongside the firm for more than three decades. After being named partner in 2004, Ray assumed the role of Managing Partner in 2020, a reflection of the trust he has earned from clients and colleagues.

Ray specializes in Tax and is widely respected for the breadth of his advisory experience. He provides business and practice management guidance, including operational reviews and the implementation of new systems, along with financial statement audits and proactive tax planning. His CVA credential has played a pivotal role in establishing business valuation as a key service area for the firm. Ray also brings deep experience in SSAE 16 engagements and has worked across virtually every industry sector.
