Our firm is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Alison Clohessy, CPA to Principal, Matt Aldinger, CPA, Zachary Shroyer, CPA and CJ Van Note, CPA to Manager and Katlynn Cole, CPA and Molly Kassirer, CPA to Senior Accountant.
Alison Clohessy, CPA has over ten years of experience with the firm. She specializes in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation, including multi-state and international tax. She also focuses on estate and trust work and her industry specialties include real estate and construction contractors. Clohessy received her Master of Business Administration in accounting from Canisius College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.
Matthew J. A
ldinger, CPA has been with the firm for more than five years and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and his Master of Business Administration from Canisius College. Aldinger works on a variety of accounting and auditing engagements including manufacturing & construction companies and real estate entities. He also has experience in preparing a variety of tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individual, and international tax returns.
Zachary D. Shroyer, CPA has been with BS&P for four years and has six years of public accounting experience. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance and earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Canisius College. Shroyer works on a variety of accounting and auditing engagements focusing in the areas of manufacturing, contractors and nonprofits.
CJ Van Note, CPA graduated from Niagara University with a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and has been with BS&P for three years. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for five years in public accounting. Van Note specializes in individual, partnership and international taxation and oversees our firm’s new hire tax training. She is the treasurer and board member of Family Promise of WNY and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.
Katlynn Cole, CPA graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Science in Public Accountancy and has worked with BS&P for two years. She works on a variety of engagements including the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership and international tax returns and also has experience with accounting and auditing engagements. She is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
Molly Kassirer, CPA received her Bachelor of Science in Public Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and has worked with BS&P since 2017. Kassirer works on a variety of accounting, auditing and taxation engagements including the preparation of corporate, individual and international tax returns. She is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
